Description

After the Flood, when the world was still counting losses and learning the shape of silence, a woman stepped out of the reeds with a bow on her back and sunlight tangled in her hair.

She didn’t remember where she came from —
only that her fingers knew how to fletch an arrow straight enough to shame the wind,
and her eyes could find a trail long since carried off by the river.

They say she laughed too brightly for a world still grieving.
They say she could split a knot in a tree before her name finished echoing.

She claimed she didn’t believe in magic.
She believed in craft, in muscle, in wind.
But the wind had already begun to follow her like a stray thought,
as though remembering someone she had not yet become.

She had not yet learned how small gestures can ripple outward,
or how a single kind choice can change the shape of a life.
She had not yet learned that compassion can be a bowstring,
tensioned and ready.

Somewhere ahead lies a meeting —
with a Coven who will show her how strength and gentleness live side by side,
with friendships that feel like coming home,
and with the older, quieter part of herself waiting for a spark to wake it.

The day will shape her.
The night will hum her name before she knows it.

And between the two,
in that soft place where beginnings gather,
a name waits to be born —
one the wind already knows.
